Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Manufacturing Timelines

• In-Stock Machinery: Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days following payment verification.
• Made-to-Order Systems: Custom machinery lines require 15 to 30 business days for assembly, wiring, and pre-dispatch testing. Exact timelines are provided on your proforma invoice.

2. Packaging Standards

All machinery is wrapped in protective film and sealed inside export-grade wooden crates or reinforced pallets to ensure structural safety during transit.

3. Domestic & Global Freight

• Domestic (Pan-India): Shipped via surface freight partners (V-Trans, TCI Freight, Safexpress) or client-specified logistics providers. Delivery typically takes 4 to 10 business days depending on regional location.
• International Exports: Shipped via sea freight (FCL/LCL) or air cargo across 12+ export countries under FOB, CIF, or EXW terms. Import taxes and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Freight Damage & Delivery Receipts

1. Inspect the exterior wooden crate for punctures or crush marks before signing the transporter’s delivery receipt (LR / Airway Bill).
1. Note any visible packaging damage directly on the carrier’s delivery copy.
1. Notify our team within 2 days (48 hours) with unboxing photos/videos to initiate repair or replacement support.
