Returns & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original accessories and packaging intact. Custom-built or made-to-order machines are returnable only in case of a manufacturing defect.

How to Return a Product

1. Bring the product to our store at Plot No. 62/14, Phase - 1, G.I.D.C, Vatva, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, or drop it off at an authorized drop-off location. Contact us at info@penguinengineering.com or +91-9510249096 to find the nearest drop-off point.
1. Provide your order number and reason for return at the time of drop-off.
1. Our team will inspect the returned product and process your request within 30 days.

Manufacturing Defects

If you discover a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the defective part or machine at no cost to you.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
• There are no restocking fees for approved returns.
• Refunds for defective products include the full purchase price.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange a product for a different model within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability and price adjustment. Exchanges can be processed in store or at a drop-off location.

Product Condition

Only products in new, unused condition with all original accessories and packaging are eligible for return or exchange. Used or damaged products (other than manufacturing defects) are not eligible.

Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has started on made-to-order machines, a 25% cancellation fee applies to cover material and labor costs.

Warranty Service

All machines come with a 12-month comprehensive warranty. For warranty claims or service requests, contact our customer care team.
