33+ years of precision food machinery engineering

From a Vatva workshop to a 12+ nation export footprint — Penguin Innovative Engineering builds the machines that power India food economy, from street-side panipuri stalls to commercial QSR chains.

Founded in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad, Penguin Innovative Engineering has spent over three decades designing and manufacturing food machinery for the Indian market. What began with a single patented panipuri filling machine has grown into a full portfolio of panipuri machines, sugarcane juicers, roti and dough makers, packaging solutions, food processing lines, and industrial automation systems.

Every machine is built in-house at our Phase-1 GIDC facility using food-grade SS 304/316 stainless steel, CNC-precision components, and PLC-controlled automation. We hold 10+ patents and have been felicitated by Gujarat Chief Ministers for our contribution to food automation innovation.
